This was my second stay at this lovely boutique hotel located in the old quarter of Hanoi. The hotel is clean with more than comfortable rooms but overriding all of this is the quality of the staff. You will not find a more friendly and hospitable group of people anywhere. They are eager to help in anyway possible in making your stay the best experience possible. The lake is a short walk away and the hotel is a stones throw from many fabulous restaurants such Madame Hien and Duongs. I will definitely stay there again on any future trip.
