Check-in/out Policy 
· Check in: from 14:00; 
· Check out: no later than 12:00; 
· Early check-in: subject to room availability. 
Late check-out policy: 
· Late check-out is subject to room availability 
· 12:00 to 18:00 check-out: 50% room rate surcharge 
· After 18:00 check-out: 100% room rate surcharge 
Guarantee Policy 
· Avalid credit card and first night room charge will be deposited upon booking; 
· For credit card reservations, the same card(s) must be presented upon check in at the Hotel; 
· Management reserves the right to cancel any reservation without notice if we are notified of any fraud or illegal activities associated with the full payments received. 
Cancellation/ Amendment Policy: 
· If cancellation/ amendment is made 72 hours prior to your arrival date, no fee will be charged. 
· If cancellation/amendment is made within 72 hours, including reservations made within 72 hours of your arrival, 1st night’s room rate and tax will be charged 
· In case of no-show, 100% room rate and tax will be charged 
Children and Extra Adult Policy: 
· Child under 5yr: free of charge; 
· Child from 5yr to under 11yr: Sharing the same bed with parent, 4.00usd for breakfast is charged 
· Child from 11yr or extra Adult: surcharge $10/person/room/night 
ROOM RATES 
- Payment made by Visa or Master credit card or Debit card is surcharged 3% of merchant fee for deposit only. Payment at Hotel for the balance, merchant fee is free of charge. 
- Room rate includes daily breakfast 
- All guests rooms are non-smoking

DEPOSIT AND BALANCE PAYMENT

A deposit of one room night of the total room nights is required upon a confirmation of your booking. Full payment is required depending on the suppliers’ policy or the last minute bookings. Once a deposit is received it is understood that you have read, understood and accepted all our Terms and Conditions.

Your balance can be paid at our Hotel upon check-in or during your stay at our Hotel. We are happy to receive your full payment in cash (VND or USD) or credit card. Cards excepted: VISA, MASTER, JCB.

PAYMENT METHOD

1. Card Type Selection

We accept online payment by credit card with ONEPAY, a secured payment gateway for Master Card, Visa, and JCB. We will send you secured payment links once you accept this method.

You can also choose payment by Bank Transfer. Please, kindly note that the payment fees are not inclusive in price.

You can choose to pay the remainder of your balance by cash or credit card at our Hotel in Hanoi.

2. Card Information Input

3. Transaction Result

You will be asked to wait for some seconds for the transaction result from OnePAY payment gateway. Then, we will send you an email to inform you the Order status and the transaction result. Automatically, when a transaction is successful, Onepay will send you a confirmation via your email address.

Note

In some cases, your transaction may not be successful due to:

- In correct card information

- Not enough credit balance (daily or monthly)

- Your card has not been activated for online payment. You should contact the Issuer Bank for the card activation.

In case you input correct card information but you did not receive the transaction result from the payment gateway or from us. Please do not try to make other payment. Contact us to get the transaction result and confirmation of the Order.

Please note that all online credit transactions are subject to a 3% surcharge with all cards (Visa, Master, or JCB).
